Background Checks Make the Difference

Most REALTORS® look and sound the same. How do you 'interview' an agent? More importantly, how do you VERIFY what the agent tells you? Did you know that a new, inexperienced agent can buy a sign that proclaims them as 'the' Area Expert?

PRC can help you minimize the risk of hiring a real estate agent. It shouldn't surprise you to know that most of the legal complaints and financial losses are caused by these inexperienced agents.

In addition to our background checks, we measure the REALTORS® we choose by their good character and EXPERIENCE - not just by their appearance. We can help you make your home buying and selling experience a little easier and stress-free.

Just as our corporate clients don't want the liability of working with inexperienced REALTORS® with unknown backgrounds, we find that many individual buyers and sellers, perhaps like you, share the same feeling. That’s why you can be assured that any REALTOR® we refer to you has been licensed and has lived in the community they work in for at least three years. After we check their background and credentials we give them our 'seal of approval'. Our seal is your assurance that you are working with a PRC Council Member - an experienced REALTOR® who also cares and will be your advocate through the entire buying and selling process. The REALTORS® we choose for our corporate clients are the best in your community. In fact, they are really much MORE THAN a typical REALTOR®; they're in a class all their own. They define peace-of-mind. They are PRC Council Members™.

In order to retain their Council Membership with PRC, REALTORS® (hired by PRC) are subject to random, recurring Background Checks and must maintain a consistent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). PRC maintains an ongoing customer survey system in order to assure consumers that a consistent, high standard of service is maintained.

There’s even more. In addition to getting a REALTOR® with a third-party background check, you can become a PRC Private Client™. And, there are some BIG BENEFITS to that.

Sellers are also invited to sell their home as a PRC Certified Home™. PRC Certified Homes™ have passed a 323-point inspection which includes, but is not limited to, the physical condition of the home, other critical inspections where applicable, and a review of the preliminary title report and HOA information, and are sold with a 12-Month Home Protection Plan that covers most of the major systems.

Sellers have access to MORE BUYERS because PRC Council Members™ have ACCESS to the buyers we have in your area. No other agent in your community can make that promise.

Buyers also enjoy a very special level of service as a PRC Private Client™. Once you choose the home – any home – your PRC Council Member™ can order the same rigorous inspection so that it can become a PRC Certified Home™! (Unless the seller is a PRC Private Client™ there are no benefits to the seller.)
